Financial Audit & Course Correction

Independent assurance — and a roadmap to act on what we find.

What is a financial audit?

Independence with intent.

An audit is more than a sign-off. Done well, it is the moment a business gets a clear, independent view of its own numbers — and the chance to act on what that view reveals.

Detect errors & fraud

Identify misstatements, leakages and red flags early — before they become costly.

Improve internal controls

Strengthen the design and operation of controls across the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles.

Ensure compliance

Align with Indian GAAP / Ind AS, GST, Income Tax and Companies Act requirements.

Build stakeholder confidence

Give investors, lenders and partners the assurance they need to support your next move.

Course Correction

Turning insights into action.

Financial Strategy Optimization

Refine pricing, margin and capital-allocation decisions using clean, audited data.

Process Improvement

Re-engineer accounting, procurement and reporting workflows for speed and accuracy.

Risk Mitigation

Identify operational, financial and compliance risks — and design controls that address them.

Compliance & Governance

Build governance practices that scale with your business — from board reporting to statutory filings.

Frequently asked

Questions this service answers.

No. Griffin is not a Chartered Accountancy firm. This is an operational and strategic financial review — not an audit under the Companies Act. Statutory audits are conducted by your appointed auditor. Our findings often make their audit faster and cleaner.

Typical timeline is 4–8 weeks for the review and report, depending on business size and complexity. Implementation support runs 3–6 months if you retain us for the roll-out.

It means turning findings into action — redesigning the invoicing workflow, tightening approval limits, changing the MIS pack, closing the compliance gap that's been slipping. Every observation comes with a proposed fix and an owner.

No. The review is designed to run in parallel to normal operations. Interviews are scheduled around the team's calendar; document requests are batched to reduce load.

We provide detailed findings and management-facing reports. Formal certificates for lenders or investors must be issued by licensed professionals — we can coordinate with your CA to package what's needed.
